LING v LING. Mr. Pickburn, instructed by Mr. S. J. Bull, appeared for Mary Ling, who sought for dissolution of her marriage with Henry Hill Ling on the ground of respondent's adultery with one Alma Cafe. The parties were married on September 3, 1889. After hearing evidence, the issues were found in favour of the petitioner, and his Honor granted a decree nisi, making it returnable in three months. Permanent maintenance at the rate of £6 per month was granted to petitioner so long as she remained unmarried.
